We have weekly rentals or longer reservations during the month of July and August. Options also include the last week in June and first week in September. The Red House is a Berkshire Summer cottage and is not available other times during the year.
While we prefer to rent for the whole month, we understand that some cannot. Please reach out to discuss your rental needs.
The weekly fee is $4,400 and $18,225 for a month. The rates are all inclusive - all utilities, no service fees. Check out cleaning fee is $300 for weekly or monthly rentals. Monthly rentals include a mid-rental period cleaning. Local short term rental tax may apply. A pet (one dog) is permitted with prior approval. Pet fee applies.
